Continued success is hard to obtain in any field of work, but when your performance is based off the abilities of 14-18 year olds it amps up the intensity. Some say it's the Jimmy and Joes and not the X's and O's. For programs like that you'll see splash years, where they even might accomplish the ultimate goal. The coaches that can consistently win though, that's who holds the greatest respect. Can you establish a program? In order to show this I've created a simple point system. Total Wins = 1 point. Wins per year score are the amount of wins a coach has, divided by the years he's been coaching x 2. Rings total is the amount of championships a coach has won multiplied by 3. The coaches aren't ranked necessarily by their overall point totals.
